What's Included:

  • Check Thermostat & Filters Ensure the thermostat is operating properly and communicating with the system correctly. Inspect air filters for dirt or damage and recommend replacement if needed.
  • Test Temperature Split Measure the temperature difference between return air and supply air.
  • Check System Pressures Measure operating pressures to confirm proper system performance.
  • Check Refrigerant Levels Inspect refrigerant levels to confirm the system is properly charged.
  • Perform Amp Draw Test motor and compressor amp draw to evaluate electrical performance.
  • Check Evaporator Coils Inspect evaporator coils for visible leaks and cleanliness.
  • Clean and Tighten Electrical Connections Clean around electrical components and tighten loose connections.
